SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Fees:

  • For orders from €0 to €35.99, shipping costs €2.99.

  • For orders with a total value of €36 or more, shipping is free.

becocure.com partners with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, which work with local couriers – allowing us to deliver directly to your home. We are proud to offer a flat-rate shipping fee.

Our delivery will take 10–20 days. We process your order and provide the tracking number within 24 hours. It is the shipping companies and the government that determine when your order will be delivered.

You will be charged when you place your order, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take several days to process. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.


Shipping Process

We begin processing your order immediately, so we cannot make any changes (including address changes) after the order has been placed. We only ship to the address you provided at the time of ordering. You will only be charged for the items shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

We ship only on business days, not on Saturdays or holidays.

On average, we require 1–2 business days to fulfill your order. Some items may take longer, especially near holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order contains popular items with inventory availability issues. Orders are shipped as soon as item availability is confirmed.

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, as the locations of production partners may vary.


Deliveries

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 10 and 20 business days, depending on the country or region. Specific delivery dates are neither provided nor guaranteed.

For your information, we offer the following estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: 10–20 days

Note: The days listed above are estimates in business/working days. Although we do everything in our power to ensure your order is delivered on time, becocure.com cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, bad weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. These disruptions may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.


Customs Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

For international shipments, import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees may apply once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. becocure.com has no control over these fees and cannot predict how much they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you are responsible for any applicable import taxes and return shipping costs.

Customs regulations vary greatly from country to country. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.


Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

becocure.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report this and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

Note: We use timestamp information from the tracking link and the carrier's delivery confirmation when reviewing damage or return requests. We may not be able to acknowledge your claim if it is not reported.


Disclaimer for Incorrect Address

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered is correct before placing an order. We begin processing your order immediately, so we cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it to make an address change.
