RETURN POLICY

Return Conditions:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Merchandise must be unused and in pristine condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Individual items may have specific return terms; please refer to the item page description for details.

  • Customized items, food, and personal care products are non-returnable.

Refund Policy:

  • Once we receive the returned merchandise and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will issue a full refund.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.

  • Please note that refunds may take 5–7 days to be credited back to your account.


Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at service@becocure.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will send you a return confirmation and, if applicable, a return label.

  3. Please include the following information with your return package:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for your return

    • Any additional comments or requests

  4. Mail the item(s) back to the designated address using the provided return label.

  5. Once we receive and review the return, we will process your refund as soon as possible.


Return Fees:

  • If the return is due to the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping cost. The exact cost will depend on the courier service you choose.

  • If the return is due to damaged or incorrect items received, we will cover the return shipping cost at no charge to the consumer.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled at any time before shipping begins.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • We process orders within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to cancel your order, please ensure you do so before shipping begins.

  • If you cancel your order within the accepted cancellation period (prior to shipment), we will cancel the order in full and issue a refund.

General Terms and Conditions:

  • The Company does not accept returns or refunds for products after they have been handed over to the carrier.
